1. Who we are

2. What we collect & why

Account data: We ask for things like your name, email address, and password so you can create and manage your account and so we can provide support when you need it. We rely on our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the service as the legal bases.

Billing data: Your payment card details (processed securely by Paddle) let us take payments. This is necessary to fulfil our contract with you and to meet certain legal obligations.

Usage & log data: Information such as IP address, device or browser type, pages visited, and cookies helps us keep the service secure and understand how it's used. We use this under our legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform.

LinkedIn & engagement data: The LinkedIn profiles, posts, and engagement data you submit to the Services are processed so we can provide social listening and lead intelligence features. The legal bases are performance of contract and our legitimate interest in offering these features.

Legal note: All legal bases refer to GDPR requirements. Whenever we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

3. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies for basic functionality and aggregate usage insights. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may break.

4. Sharing

We share data only with vetted processors that help us run the Service (hosting, payments, AI providers). We do not sell your data.

5. International transfers

Data may be processed in the EU/EEA and the US under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep data only while needed for the purposes above (usually your active subscription + 3 months), then delete or anonymise it unless law requires longer.

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures, but no system is 100% secure — use the Service at your own risk.

8. Your rights

  • Access, correct, delete, or export your data

  • Object to or restrict processing

  • Withdraw consent

  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Poland: UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa)

9. Children

The Service is not for users under 18. We delete any such data on discovery.

10. Changes

We'll post any changes here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be emailed to registered users.
